We framed and insulated the entire level, addressed moisture concerns, and reconfigured the layout to include a media area, workspace, bedroom, and full bathroom. Upgraded electrical, recessed lighting, and durable flooring make the space bright, warm, and easy to maintain so the family can fully enjoy the extra square footage.
